Casino Del Sol Resort is hosting a variety of specials at its restaurants in celebration of the holiday season. Holiday feasts, spirited dinners, live music, handcrafted cocktails, and more will be featured on the property.
On Christmas Eve, December 24, the Tequila Factory will feature a Surf and Turf dinner from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. for $25 per person. The dinner includes a 12 oz. Chile Dusted Prime Rib with a Cabernet Herb Au Jus, topped with three grilled Jumbo Mexican White Shrimp. The meal is served with a baked potato stuffed with Calabasitas and Elote Sauce.
Christmas Day, December 25, will feature Chef Erik’s Merry Christmas Dinner at PY Steakhouse. From 4 p.m. to 10 p.m., gusts can enjoy a three-course dinner for $45 per person. The first course includes Sweet Corn Bisque with Dungeness Crab Fritter, followed by Braised Lamb Shank, horseradish mashed potatoes, Thumbelina carrots, and Orange Mint Gremolata as the entrée. New Years Eve, December 31, PY Steakhouse will feature a four-course dinner from $48-$65 per person from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. The steakhouse will also feature a Degustation Menu, a multi-course elegant dinner with wine pairings for $110 per person. Roasted Butternut Squash Bisque, Lobster Carpaccio, Waygu Beef Tenderloin and a Dark Chocolate and Banana Soufflé are among the featured items in this menu.
From 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. on New Years Eve and New Years Day, guests can enjoy a Fiesta Buffet for $30 per person. The Tequila Factory will also feature a four-course New Year’s Eve Dinner fro 4 p.m. to 12 a.m. for $35 per person.
